Our 2nd Annual Bahamian Caribbean International Month will be held during the month of February, 2010.
This year, our focus is the Royal Bahamas Police Force. Officers will be present in the library for the entire month, offering lectures and displays on the various aspects of the Police Force.
Teachers and students are encouraged to participate in this great series of activities by visiting the library during this month.
Members of the general public may also visit, upon request.

Theft
Students who think it necessary to steal items from the library must realize that they are not just hurting themselves but are indeed huting the entire school population.
Please let us work together to build our library instead of destroying what has been accomplished thus far. Thank you.

Bahamian Caribbean International Month
Good day all. February will be a very exciting month for SGHS Library as we are celebrating our first annual Bahamian Caribbean International month.
We will be highlighting some very special persons from the Ministry of Education Freeport as well as a few other persons from the community who have made positive contributions to the development of Grand Bahama. We cannot highlight all of our great contributors this year but as time goes on and God spares life, we hope to recognize them all.
We also have some wonderful displays from different countries and hope that you will take the time to visit them and learn more about the different people that make up our world.
See you at the library this week. Ms. Cooper (BTGOG)
